Rules for Referral Program

This program is valid starting January 1, 2009

• Participants must be 18 years of age
• A referral is defined as a submission which contains accurate contact information for a viable software user and, where Antek is capable of reaching the contact listed.
• If the same referral is received by multiple referees, only the first submission will qualify for the $100 received if the referral turns into a sales.
• All referrals submitted will be automatically entered into a monthly raffle - each referral submitted will only be entered once (1 time) into the monthly raffle for the month in which the referral is submitted.
• Once a signed contract is received from the referred party, the individual who submitted the referral will be sent $100 via company check.
• Referrals will be acknowledged with a return email documenting the date and time of receipt. If a signed contract results, you will be notified that your referral along with a corresponding active date will be placed in the raffle for the subsequent scheduled raffles drawing date(s).
• Drawings will be held on the first business day of each month; all referrals submitted in the month prior will be eligible to win the prize, of $100.
• There is no limit on the number of referrals submitted in a month.
• Initial drawing will be held February 2, 2009
