AutoFAX
LabDAQ's AutoFax software provides labs with a highly cost-effective, HIPAA compliant means of disseminating results to physicians. The system can be programmed to fax on-demand or automatically upon result approval. Faxes can be simultaneously sent to the ordering physician and up to three additional locations or providers.

E-mail
LabDAQ can now distribute lab results via email. You can email a patient report directly to your providers as a password protected PDF.

Specimen Label Printing
This positive sample identification software will enhance your lab's overall quality assurance program. Each label provides the patient name, ID number, sample accession number, date, time, physician identification, and the requested panels. Antek provides a high-resolution label printer to ensure label clarity.

Barcode Label Printing
LabDAQ BarCode Label Software prints a barcode identification and the same information that appears on the Specimen Label. The addition of this laboratory information software will support today's advanced host-query instrument interfaces and the high-resolution label printer provided by Antek ensures barcode readability by your instruments.

DAQreporter
Through DAQreporter, physicians have secure access to patient results from any remote site with an internet connection. All patient record transfers are encrypted and password protected to meet HIPAA security standards. Results are exported from LabDAQ automatically without impacting the use of the LIS in the lab.

DAQcounter
DAQcounter turns your LabDAQ keyboard into a cell counter, enabling efficient entry of manual cell differentials and urine microscopic analyses. Units of measure can be customized to conform to your current reporting terminology. Manual differentials can be based on either 100 or 50 cell counts. DAQcounter eliminates the need for external cell counters, and results are entered directly into LabDAQ.

Control Export
The Control Export option in LabDAQ laboratory software allows the lab to define and electronically export control results to an external QC program. Labs that participate in these programs can specify results to be sent, and the frequency of data export.

Management Review
This option provides a dynamic tool that allows the laboratory manager to review workflow and track samples in a variety of ways (e.g., pending requisitions, samples not received, flagged tests, etc.). It also supports batch entry of samples received from other locations. This is especially useful for larger laboratories or those that support multiple sites.

Insurance Filtering
With this option, users can create groups of insurance companies with defined protocols for in-house versus reference lab testing. Once the approved panels are specified for each group, LabDAQ will suppress any unapproved panels on the order screen, indicating that those panels must be sent to a reference lab.

DAQaccess
DAQaccess allows users to access LabDAQ from remote sites, to order tests and review patient test results via the internet. DAQaccess is easy to use, totally secure and HIPAA compliant. Remote drawing stations can check for medical necessity, print ABNs, and specimen labels. Physicians who practice at multiple locations can access all their patients' results at anytime - not just the most recent report.

Data Sharing/System Interfaces
LabDAQ can be interfaced to your existing practice management system, electronic medical records, and/or hospital information system. Interfaces to other systems can support direct test orders, transmission of patient demographics, test results, and billing information transfers. LabDAQ supports the latest HL7 interface protocols.
