Create Requisitions
LabDAQ makes it easy to create new laboratory requisitions. Just click on the panels to be ordered or use Rapid Order Codes. If desired, you may also add notes to the lab requisition and enter diagnosis codes. All of the panels ordered are listed on a laboratory requisition summary page for easy review.

NOTE: With an interface to your reference lab, panels can be ordered for the reference lab from the same screen.

Laboratory Requisition Maintenance
Using the LabDAQ Laboratory Requisition Maintenance screen, you can quickly review a patient's lab history, reprint or re-send reports, create or edit lab requisitions, manually enter or edit results, or edit patient information.
