Patient Setup
New patients can be entered into the LabDAQ system quickly and easily. LabDAQ requires that only a minimal number of fields be completed in order to perform testing on patient samples.

Fields on this screen can be designated as "required" or "disabled", if not in use. User-defined fields allow you to keep a record of important patient information not included as the standard fields.

NOTE: With a demographics import from your hospital information system (HIS), practice management system, or EMR, the demographics, including current insurance information, can be automatically populated. For more information, visit our LabDAQ FAQ section.
