Baltimore, MD - August 29, 2007 - Antek HealthWare, LLC, developer of LabDAQ® Laboratory Information System, is pleased to introduce LabDAQconnect Laboratory Information System. This new LIS was developed to support reference laboratories and other facilities, including hospitals and clinics offering outreach programs.

LabDAQconnect offers consolidated and cumulative patient reports, extensive quality assurance functions, web-based access, and sophisticated management tools for workload, cost accounting, and resource utilization. LabDAQconnect enhances productivity providing you the information needed to operate more efficiently and profitably.

LabDAQconnect provides "organization-based security", which means that each of the laboratory's external clients has a unique patient database. Secure remote access can be offered to clients, allowing them to place orders directly into the LabDAQ system giving them direct access to patient reports while continuing to provide support for HIPAA compliance. As with LabDAQ, a result export to your clients' EMR (electronic medical records) systems is also available.
