Antek HealthWare Launches Online LabDAQ User Group

Baltimore, MD – October 21, 2008 - Antek HealthWare, LLC, developer of LabDAQ® Laboratory Information System (LIS), announces the launch of an online LabDAQ User sectiondesigned to provide clients with online access to vital LabDAQ information and forums to allow LabDAQ clients to network with other clients.

In response to clients’ needs and demands, Antek HealthWare has designed and implemented a secure online user section, providing LabDAQ clients with access to another medium for networking and accessing technical support information.  “Not unlike our regional live user group sessions, the online user group provides a forum for our clients to interact, sharing tips and best practices for using LabDAQ LIS,” states Steward Macis, Director of Products and Support Services.  Macis adds, “Offering an online user section is an extension of our technical support.  It is not always possible for a laboratory manager to place a call or send an e-mail during regular business hours.  Utilizing an internet-based forum is one way of giving Antek clients access to a medium that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Clients that are under a current technical support agreement will have access to the User Group section on the Antek HealthWare website. LabDAQ clients can register for the user section by visiting www.antekhealthware.com/users.
