Antek HealthWare Names Jim Kasoff Company President

Baltimore, MD – December 31, 2007 - Antek HealthWare, LLC announced today that Jim Kasoff has been appointed to the position of Company President, effective January 1, 2008. 

Mr. Kasoff has over 20 years of leadership and experience in clinical laboratory management, technical support, and operations throughout his career.  Kasoff has served as Antek HealthWare’s Vice President of Operations for the past 3 years and takes over for Andrew Pollack who retires from business operations on December 31, 2007.

Antek HealthWare, based in Baltimore Maryland, is the provider of LabDAQ Laboratory Information System and DAQbilling Practice Management Software.  Antek is a recognized as leader in laboratory information system market, providing LIS solutions to physician office laboratories, reference laboratories, clinics, and hospitals.

With more than 20 years of commitment to the laboratory community, Antek will benefit from Kasoff’s strong tactical and technical skills.  Kasoff will assist the company by taking full responsibility for all company business operations matters and will help lead the future strategic planning and business development initiatives for the company.  Jim Kasoff is a native of Baltimore, Maryland and is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
