| Job Summary: |
Prepare for DAQbilling installations, travel to the customer’s site to set up DAQbilling. Train the customer how to use the software. When the Support Specialist is in the office, he or she is administrating DAQbilling and working at the help desk resolving customer issues. |
| Qualifications: |
- Windows operating system knowledge, Medical Billing experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and on the phone, particularly while training customers and working at the help desk.
- Ability to project manage new client deployment of DAQbilling Software and the specialist must be physically capable of setting up DAQbilling software systems at clients’ locations.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time depending on the amount of installs scheduled.
- Ability to research and resolve all billing calls from clients. Answer help desk calls assigned, and document accurately.
- While the Support Specialist is in the office, he or she must work a nine-hour shift with a one-hour lunch, between Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6PM.
- The employee must be able to rent a car, have a credit card or be able to acquire one.
- The working conditions are both on-site and off-site, including Antek’s office and customers’ offices.
- The dress code is casual in the office and professional while the Support Specialist is at the customer’s site.

| Job Summary: |
Software Application Engineer positions available in the Reisterstown, MD area. Duties include: Install & perform minor repairs to hardware &
software. Ensure LabDaq software is running efficiently w/ analyzers & 3rd party interfaces. Travel req. & reloc. may be req.

| Qualifications: |
- Able to communicate clearly in person and on the phone, particularly while training customers and working at the help desk.
- Basic knowledge of networking, windows and hardware/software troubleshooting are required.
- The employee must be physically capable of setting up LabDAQ systems (software and hardware) at clients' locations.
- While the engineer is in the office, he or she must work a nine-hour shift with a one-hour lunch, Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6PM. There is a 12 PM to 8 PM shift that one engineer must work Monday through Friday. The shift is rotated on a weekly basis.
- The dress code is casual in the office and professional while the engineer is at the customer's site.
- While in the office the engineer is required to answer the Technical Support line, solve the client's issue or make sure the call is expedited to the proper person. Note all actions in call tracking software.
- Follow up with clients with all open calls by resolving issues or giving the client an update. This includes determine the required hardware equipment that needs to be sent out to the customer and forward this information to the hardware department.
- Complete all install preparation by setting up and configuring the test database. - Call and confirm installation schedule with the client.
- Interface the analyzers, and other configuration including importing files/databases, setting up printers, and various software modules.
- Train the laboratory staff how to properly use LabDAQ.
- Other duties as assigned.
